Tuition is due on the 1st of each month from August to May.
ATTENDANCE
MDA reserves the right to have students who repeatedly come to class late sit out of class. Good attendance is imperative in having a productive class.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
Withdrawal must be done in person within the first ten days of the month. A form must be filled out and turned into front desk. No withdrawals will be accepted after April 1st. No Refunds.
SPRING CONCERT
Spring Concert fees of $150 will be due February 15th. Costume fees are $100 each and due October 15th.
RATES & TUITION
Annual enrollment fee is $75 per dancer or $100 per family. Class rates are per student. Family discounts may be applied when 2 or more dancers take unlimited classes each.

ETIQUETTE
Positive and encouraging attitude and behavior from both parents and students is imperative. No gum, cell phones, food, or drinks other than water allowed.
